CHALLENGES
SMU’s head coach is Chad Morris, who is considered an offensive genius. Previously the offensive coordinator at Auburn, Morris’ team is currently gaining over 500 yards per game. If ever there was a game where the Mids needed for their option attack to click like clockwork, it’s this Saturday in Annapolis. With an un-Navy like three-game losing streak going, the Mids are now similar to a wounded Bear and the smaller, previously less lethal vermin are scurrying for a chunk of the meat. The scary reality is that if Navy is unable to win this game they might be playing Army in a couple of weeks for the right to go to a bowl, and Army has been looking pretty good lately.
