Mentioned in Premios Soberano (2024)
CIA agent Joe tries to balance his personal and professional lives as the spearhead of the agency’s war on terror. Real military advisors helped produce a more authentic performance in weapon handling, house cleaning, location, group-based actions, etc.
However, this is a step too far
I’m a fan of Yellowstone and most of Taylor Sheridan’s work. Of course, things have to go wrong for the plot to progress, but wow!
They ruin every move they try
This group of obvious special agents is incompetent. From the opening scene where we let the rebels launch their attack before they realize they’re the bad guys, to the absurd decision to use an unsympathetic, hapless woman (the main character) to befriend the living target of the party.
And that’s true
I’d happily agree with this, except that these things should be taken seriously. Others here have already stated that the main character is portrayed as some kind of supergirl.
She’s like the Terminator!
My biggest problem, though, is that she’s really unpleasant.
